Terrace Garden
Inspired by the Marjorelle Garden in Marrakech, this client wanted a blue and yellow themed garden with lots of entertaining space, a water feature and low maintenance planting.
This first home had a good outdoor space that wasn't able to be fully utilised by it's social owners. The brief for this garden was to create a vibrant, mediterranean inspired space which could be used year-round.
By increasing the seating area, adding strong geometric edges and a water feature, this garden is now impactful, bright and has a lot more usable space. The back flowerbed now encorporates low-maintenance plants which bring different colours throughout the 4 seasons and many original features of the garden have been upcycled to bring new life as containers or highlights in themselves.
